There is no limit on the beauty to be found at Mountain Creek Hollow. Fausett Creek is one of our true treasures, winding it's way all through Mountain Creek Hollow. It begins it's life in a hollow east of here just north of Pleasant Valley Road. From there it travels down the hollow until it merges with Talona Creek and eventually empties into Carters Lake.

The beauty of Fausett Creek is breathtaking. It's wide banks serve as nature's greenhouse where a variety of plant life such as native azalea, mountain laurel, rhododendron, and a variety of ferns grow. Majestic trees such as oak, hemlock, birch, maple, white pine and many others grace our mountains. The sounds of the rushing water soothes our souls and provides a cool drink for the abundant wildlife with which we share our surroundings.

Our neighborhood not only provides us with fabulous scenery, it is also a place where family and friends can gather to picnic, hike, enjoy a stroll through the Butterfly Garden and fish at our catch-and-release pond.
